- Cleanliness Requirement: The apartment must be left reasonably clean. Failure to do so may result in an extra cleaning fee imposed by Homing Place.
- Prohibited Activities: Smoking indoors, hosting parties/events, and bringing pets are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Between 9pm and 8am, it's not allowed to make noise that violates the Law of noise as outlined by law.
- Arrival Time: Guests must arrange the time of entry into the apartment in advance. Failure to confirm the arrival time may lead to waiting for availability to check in.
- Late Check-ins: Late check-ins are possible subject to availability and come with associated costs:

Between 8pm and 9:59pm: €20
Between 10pm and 11:59pm: €30
After 12am: €50 euros
