The capacity of the apartment is up to 3 people. The apartment has a kitchen and a full bathroom and has air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet, TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.
Central apartment located on the border between the Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods. The apartment is a few metres from Diagonal Avenue and Passeig de Gràcia. It has the best of each neighbourhood. Thus, from the Gracia neighbourhood, it has the quiet, relaxed and bohemian lifestyle with its numerous restaurants from all over the world, tapas bars... and from the Eixample neighbourhood it has the most elegant part, with the boutiques of Passeig de Gràcia, the magnificent modernist houses by Gaudí "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló". Additionally, the flat is only 10 minutes walking from the historic centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya and Gothic Quarter).
