The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds that are separated from the bed with a folding screen, a living room with a sofa bed (capacity up to 6 people), American kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. All rooms and areas of the apartment have air conditioning (cold/heat) and free high-speed WiFi. Additionally, there is a flat-screen Smart TV with international channels and a safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave, oven) and kitchenware. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.
The apartment has a balcony with views of Barcelona and is completely renovated and decorated with style, with original details from the initial construction of the late nineteenth century preserved. It is ideal for couples, families and business trips. For greater comfort and security, access to the apartment is via code.
