    Authentic apartment in Barcelona located in the centre of Eixample, a central, quiet and safe area that is also dynamic and attractive. It is a cosy, bright and comfortable flat.

    Renovated flat with style, preserving original elements from the modernist era of Barcelona. Spectacular shared terrace with small pool and chill out area with magnificent views of Barcelona.

    The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds that are separated from the bed with a screen, a living room with a sofa bed (capacity up to 6 people), open-plan kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. All rooms and areas of the apartment have air conditioning (cold/heat) and free high-speed WiFi. In addition, there is a flat-screen Smart TV with international channels and a safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, induction hob, microwave, oven) and kitchen utensils. Towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.

    The apartment has a balcony with views of Barcelona and is completely renovated and decorated with style, original details from the initial construction of the late 19th century have been maintained. It is ideal for couples, families and business trips. For greater comfort and security, the access system to the apartment is through a code.

    The building has a large shared terrace with a lounge area and small pool for children and adults. Spectacular views of Barcelona from the terrace.
    It also has a room for shared use of washing machines and dryers.
    The building has a lift from the entrance floor to all apartments and up to the terrace.

    The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample. It is a very safe, quiet area, but at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where Barcelona families mix with the young and international atmosphere. Next to the accommodation, there is everything you need to have a comfortable and attractive stay: supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, tapas bars, parking.

    This apartment has automated entry. This will allow you and any member of your group to access the apartment without keys. We do not apply the late check-in charge :)

    Sound sensor (does not record) from Roommonitor to avoid disturbing neighbours. This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when it exceeds the maximum established limit. It only measures sound pressure, it does not record audio, video or conversations.

    Motion sensor to activate/deactivate air conditioning and heating to avoid energy waste.

    It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are some basic rules:

    - Keep the apartment in perfect condition.
    - No smoking in the apartment.
    - Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night.
    - Parties are strictly prohibited.
    - No more people shall stay in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.

    The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. It is applied from 17 years old and for the first 7 nights of the stay.

    On the entry day, the apartment is delivered clean and checked. During the stay, they can request an extra paid cleaning service if needed.
