It is a spacious, bright and comfortable flat. Renovated with style, preserving original elements from Barcelona's modernist era. Spectacular shared terrace with small swimming pool and chill out area with magnificent views of Barcelona.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

In the lounge there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, so the apartment has capacity for up to 8 people. There is an open-plan kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with shower.

All rooms and areas of the apartment have air conditioning (hot/cold) and free high-speed WiFi. Additionally, there is a flat-screen Smart TV with international channels and a safe deposit box. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave, oven) and kitchenware. Towels, bed sheets and a hair dryer are included.

The apartment has an interior balcony with views of Barcelona and is completely renovated and decorated with style, original details from the initial construction of the late nineteenth century have been maintained. It is ideal for couples, families and business trips. For greater comfort and security, access to the apartment is through a code system.

The building has a large shared terrace with a lounge area and a small swimming pool for children and adults. Spectacular views of Barcelona from the terrace.
It also has a room for shared use of washing machines and dryers.
The building has a lift from the ground floor to all apartments and up to the terrace.

The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of Eixample. It is a very safe, quiet area, yet active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where Barcelona families mix with a young and international atmosphere. Next to the accommodation there is everything you need for a comfortable and attractive stay: supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, tapas bars, parking.

This apartment has automated entry. This will allow you and any member of your group to access the apartment without keys. We do not charge a late check-in fee :)

Sound sensor (does not record) from Roommonitor to avoid disturbing neighbours. This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when it exceeds the maximum limit set. It only measures sound pressure, it does not record audio, video or conversations.

Motion sensor to activate/deactivate air conditioning and heating to avoid energy waste.

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are some basic rules:

- Keep the apartment in perfect condition.
- Do not smoke in the apartment.
- Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Do not accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.

The tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies from 17 years of age and for the first 7 nights of the stay.

The apartment is delivered clean and inspected. During your stay, you can request an extra cleaning service if needed.
