The towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.

And with a pleasant walk of 12 minutes you will reach one of the most beautiful streets of the city, the Passeig de Gracia, where you will find two emblematic buildings of Gaudi: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. You can also visit the Sant Pau hospital, modernist work which is located in 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

This apartment has automated entrance. This will allow you and any member of your group to access the apartment without keys. We do not apply the late check in charge :)

- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation

To avoid inconvenience to the neighbors, the terrace cannot be accessed from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Families with kids and teenagers are more than welcome.

The tourist tax of 8.50€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.

The apartment is rented cleaned and checked. During your stay, if you need, you can request extra paid cleaning service.
